Image carriers are key to quality
Once the artwork has been approved, Volkers will set out to prepare it for the printing process. Only then do images attain the necessary quality and are all technical specifications of the printing press incorporated in the image. We are conversant with all printing techniques. That is how we can always aim for a uniform brand image. There will be no ‘surprises’ later on; it is simply a matter of controlling the process. The image carriers for the specialist flexo printing are made in-house by Volkers.
Just like the printed packaging
It is important to know in advance how the packaging will appear on the shelf. Volkers uses various techniques to run representative tests. By means of these systems, it is possible to run a test on any chosen substrate. This enables our accounts to see how the design interacts with the chosen packaging material. Thanks to this approach, the entire packaging process will progress efficiently.
